Coach Dags has put together 3 Conditioning Workouts that all include a basketball so you can work on your skill while getting in shape.

We used Coach Dags Videos to chose our 'Team Drills' for our off season workouts.  After a while, the players were creating their own workouts from the courses and running Player-Led Workouts!!

How long do I have access to the courses for?

You will have access to each course for 2 years.

How long does each course take to finish?

Each course should take 1-2 hours to finish.  You can jump around in the courses to the sections you feel apply to your development the most.

What is your refund policy?

We currently do not offer refunds for our courses.

Do you offer In-Person Training?

Yes, Coach Dags and Coach Justin both travel to Run Clinics, and we also host Development Weeks in NY for players from all over the country.  Please email Colleen@maximizebasketball.com for more information
